FORMAT

Time

Participants pursue the EMBA degree while maintaining current employment. Each course will be delivered within four days over one weekend (Thursday to Sunday). This intensified format will allow students to remain fully employed and instill rich knowledge in a short period of time. Classes will focus upon practical issues.

Work Outside of Class

Students will be expected to prepare material before arriving in Beijing for classes. This will generally require the equivalent of one day's time of academic preparation. Students will be expected to complete this material after the final exam/final project for the previous course is completed. It is important that all assignments for the previous course are completed before the student begins preparing for the next course.

Local professors will be assigned to each course to help facilitate communication between professors and participants as well as answering specific questions. Courses are delivered via lecture and case study, accompanied by group discussion, simulations and seminars.
